2 Days trekking from Kalaw to Inle Lake/Indein Village

Go for a 2 day trek from Kalaw to Indein village located on the edge of the Inle Lake. Inclusive of transfers, trekking 6 hours per day, basic overnight, 2 lunches, a dinner and breakfast.

Day 1 - Kalaw Trek (lunch, dinner)

After your breakfast, depart from your hotel to the trekking point. Trekking start to the village Baw Nying Gone. Trek by passing hills and the tea plantation, tobacco, garlic and rice fields. After 2h30 to 3h arrive Khone Hla village where you will have lunch. After lunch, trek to Pattu Pauk village and Htee Thein Monastery. In the afternoon, you need to trek around 3 to 4 hours. Dinner and overnight in Monastery or in a local village of some of the ethnic tribes.

Day 2 - Kalaw Trek - Indein Village – Inle Lake (breakfast, lunch)

After breakfast prepared by our team (guide+ porters), leave from monastery or the local village house around 7h00 to the direction to Inle Lake and Indein village with its numerous pagodas. You need to pass at least 4 villages of ethnics Pa-O and Intha. End at the Indein village for lunch. A boat over the lake to your hotel can be booked in addition.
